Identify the Culture – This is critical for matching a candidate with the right experience and mindset for the company.

Developing a Plan – The strategy for finding the best candidate.

Screening – Meeting with the applicants via phone conversations, Skype interviews and/or in-person meetings to develop a short list of candidates.

Client/Candidate Interviewing/Evaluation – Facilitating the interview process including scheduling and the development of a candidate scorecard.  The scorecard allows for the comparison of each applicant in the areas most important to you.
