Jenn Marecki manages The HR Desk!  A Business model focused on fitting the needs of small to mid-sized businesses.  Jenn is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BGS focused in Sociology and Communications,  Jenn brings over fifteen years of business experience.  With over 8 years working as a Human Resources Consultant for Fortune 500 Companies and an additional 7 focused on small to mid-sized businesses, Jenn has filled such roles as Broker, Staffing and Recruitment Manager, Compliance Leader, Employee and Labor Relations, Operations Director as well as Vendor Negotiations Manager on a national level. 

The HR Desk is a 'fractional HR Model', committed to assisting businesses in not only the area of employee benefits, but also as a true extension of their HR Department focusing on Compliance with Federal and State Regulations.  Jenn assists her clients with compliance reviews such as HIPAA, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA and COBRA as well as creating Employee Manuals appropriate and suited for each individual clients needs.

Jenn is a Licensed Broker for Life and Health in Connecticut.  In addition she is an active member of the Northwest CT Chamber of Commerce, Jenn has served on the American Cancer Society Gala Comittee as well as an active national member of SHRM and current VP of Communincations and Programs for the NWCHRA.  Jenn is also a certified Soccer coach as well as participating as a "Kids Marathon" Program Assistant and a mentor to youths.
