The HR Desk is a woman-owned business.

Jenn Marecki developed this business model to fit the needs of small to mid-sized businesses. Jenn is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BGS focused in Sociology and Communications. Jenn brings over fifteen years of business experience. With over 8 years working as a Human Resources Consultant for Fortune 500 Companies and an additional 7 focused on small to mid-sized businesses, Jenn has filled such roles as Broker, Staffing and Recruitment Manager, Compliance Leader, Employee and Labor Relations, Operations Director as well as Vendor Negotiations Manager on a national level.
